What challenge or issue did you encounter that prompted you to seek assistance or support?

We have been working through the process of implementing Procore and using the Smoothlink integration to work with our Xero accounting system, we experienced some challenges working out the best way to apply the current workflow we are used to as a business, to an adapted workflow taking advantage of these new systems.

How satisfied were you with the solution or resolution provided to address the challenge or issue you faced?

Emma was very patient and helpful as our Smoothlink manager, helped us work through everything and was always understanding when we needed to delay meetings whilst resolving and coordinating with our Procore team.

 What outcomes or results did you experience as a result of implementing the solution provided? Please share any improvements, changes, or impacts observed.

Our integration is functioning well, the hard work has been done and we look forward to sitting back and letting Smoothlink take care of the rest!
